Hatha yoga includes asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath control) and meditation. Therese (find out more about the teacher here) teaches hatha yoga with a focus on alignment and safe practice. The precise movement of the body in yoga asana will help you to explore your own body and guide you inward towards stilling the mind and accessing emotions. The session is a hybrid event, meaning it take place on & offline.
